My name is Andrew Glinka, and I am the owner of Thinking Beyond.

As you’re looking through our website, the one question that is probably going through your mind is:

"What makes these guys any different from the 1000 other IT companies out there?"

That is a good question, and I have a good answer for you. It’s as simple as this:

Unlike all the other IT companies out there, we actually take the time to understand your unique needs and challenges, then work with you to come up with a plan that you understand, provides only what you need, and fits within your budget and time constraints.

"Well, that is the kind of service I would expect, and all the other companies say they do that."

And that is the key point right there. They all SAY they do it, but we’ve actually incorporated this mentality throughout our entire company from the first contact with a sales representative, through our assessment and project planning all the way through to the technicians that service your account and straight up the line to me.

We talk with business owners, CEO’s, CFO’s, etc, on a non-technical level in order to take real-world requirements (such as: “I want to be able to work from home” or “I’m scared to death that my system may crash and I’ll lose all my financial data”) and figure out what their budgets and time frames are, so that together we can come up with a plan that meets todays needs and tomorrows goals.
